The kitchens and furniture from nobilia are manufactured under strict quality standards. In the in-house QC testing laboratory, the products undergo daily checks to ensure they meet the highest demands. The result: noticeable quality "Made in Germany".

5 year guarantee – your security

We stand behind the quality and durability of the nobilia products. For this reason, we offer you a 5-year warranty on all cabinets and wooden parts. If a warranty case should occur, we will repair the product or exchange it for a new one. If an identical product is no longer available, you will receive an equivalent replacement product.

Our warranty conditions

The guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

Warranty period:
The guarantee begins on the invoice date and is valid for a period of 5 years.
Scope:
The warranty covers the materials and the workmanship quality of all cabinets and other wooden parts from nobilia. Accessories and electrical appliances are excluded from this.
Restrictions:
The guarantee is only valid for private residential use. Commercial use is not covered.
Warrantee:
The guarantee only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the products from us. It is not transferable to third parties.
Guarantor:
TOP-SHELF is the guarantor. nobilia as the manufacturer is not directly involved in the warranty.
Care instructions:
Compliance with the care and usage instructions from TOP-SHELF and nobilia is a prerequisite for the warranty service.
No extension:
A repair or replacement does not affect the length of the warranty period.
Additional claims:
The guarantee does not grant any claims for damages or reimbursement of expenses.
Delivery costs:
Delivery costs for replacement products are covered. However, any assembly costs that may arise are not part of the warranty.
Legal Rights:
This guarantee is a voluntary service and supplements the statutory guarantee, which continues to apply without restriction.

warranty exclusions

The following are excluded from the guarantee:

Wear and tear:
Normal signs of wear and tear.
own fault:
Damage caused by improper transport, incorrect assembly or disassembly.
Incorrect care:
Damage caused by improper cleaning, unsuitable cleaning agents or liquids.
Force majeure:
Damage caused by environmental influences such as extreme humidity, light, weather or high temperatures.
Overload:
Damage caused by disregarding the maximum permissible load limits for floors or wall cabinets.
Improper use:
Damage caused by gross negligence, intentional destruction, overuse or misuse.
External influences:
Damage caused by pets, weather or proximity to heating sources.
Product-specific properties:
Properties that are not material defects (e.g. natural wood grain).
