Our terms and conditions:

Here you will find important information about shopping at topshelf, which belongs to Concept4Pro GmbH.

 

1. Conclusion of the contract:

    The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking on the “Order now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the goods within six days.

     

    2. CANCELLATION POLICY
      right of withdrawal
      You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
      The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

      To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

       

      Consequences of revocation

      If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
      You must return the goods to us or hand them over to us or our transport service provider without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

      The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. You bear the costs of returning such goods which, due to their nature, can normally be sent back to us by post. You bear the direct costs of returning such goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be sent back to us by post (forwarding goods). The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of around EUR 500.
      You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

      3. Exclusion/expiry of the right of withdrawal:

        According to Section 312g (2) BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

        4. Delivery:

          Deliveries are generally only possible within Germany (excluding islands). Items are only sold in normal household quantities and only to end consumers.

          5. Warranty:

            If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who is delivering the items. However, failure to report this has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for defect elimination/new delivery and - if the statutory requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including compensation for the damage, apply at your choice the fulfillment and reimbursement of your futile expenses.

            6. Shipping costs:

              At topshelf, the shipping costs are €99 up to a purchase value of €299. From a purchase value of €300, the shipping costs are €179.

              7. Payment:
                Payment can generally be made by PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, VISA). There is no possibility of discount deduction. We reserve the right to offer you only certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example to secure our credit risk only those that correspond to the respective creditworthiness.
                Payment via PayPal
                You pay directly through your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal and release the order value there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the shipment will take place, depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts, gift vouchers, etc. immediately after authorization has taken place.

                8. Prizes:

                  Our prices are in euros and include the statutory VAT.

                  9. Retention of title:

                  The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

                  10. Electronic Communications:

                  You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.

                  11. Alternative Dispute Resolution:

                  We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

                  12. Contract language/storage of the order text:

                  The final contract is in German. The order text is not stored by us and can no longer be called up after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out your order data immediately after sending the order.

                  13. Coupon Codes and Cashback:

                  All vouchers that you received from TOP-SHELF, e.g. by email or found on another website, cannot be combined with TOP-SHELF cashback. This means that you will not receive any cashback when using such a voucher.

                  14. Voucher codes and TOP-SHELF affiliate program:

                  All vouchers that are distributed by TOP-SHELF, e.g. by e-mail or can be found on another website, cannot be combined with the TOP-SHELF affiliate program. This means that if the user uses a voucher when ordering, the affiliate credit will be canceled and not distributed.
