Here you will find important information about shopping at TOP-SHELF, which belongs to Concept4Pro GmbH.
1. Scope
For all deliveries from Concept4Pro GmbH to consumers in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
§13 BGB: A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Conclusion of the contract:
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the “Order now for a fee” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within six days.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract, or hand them over to us or to our transport service provider. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

The buyer bears the costs for returning the goods. You bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be sent back to us by post. You bear the direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us normally by post (shipping goods). The costs for goods that cannot be sent as parcels are estimated at a maximum of around EUR 900.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. Exclusion/extinction of the right of withdrawal:
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), a right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
4. Delivery:
Deliveries are generally only possible within Germany (excluding islands). Items are only sold in normal household quantities and only to end consumers.
5. Warranty:
If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who delivers the items. However, failure to make this complaint has no consequences for your legal rights. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for subsequent performance, for defect removal/new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as for compensation, including compensation for damage, apply at your discretion the fulfillment and reimbursement of your wasted expenses.
6. Shipping costs:
At TOP-SHELF the shipping costs are €160 up to a purchase value of €299. For purchases over €300, shipping costs are €399.
7. Payment:
Payment can generally be made via PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, VISA). There is no possibility of deducting a discount. We reserve the right to only offer you certain payment methods for the requested delivery, for example to protect our credit risk only those that correspond to the respective creditworthiness.

You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal and release the order value there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, shipping will take place - depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Your PayPal account will be debited immediately after authorization with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

8. Prices:
Our prices are euro prices and include statutory VAT.
9. Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Electronic Communication:
You agree that contract-related communications may take place in electronic form.
11. Alternative dispute resolution:
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Contract language/storage of the order text:
The final contract is in German. The order text is not saved by us and can no longer be accessed after the ordering process has been completed. However, you can print out your order details immediately after submitting the order.
13. Voucher codes and cashback:
Any vouchers that you have received from TOP-SHELF, for example by email or found on another website, cannot be combined with the TOP-SHELF Cashback. This means that when you use such a voucher, you will not receive any cashback.
