Here you will find important information about shopping at topshelf, which belongs to Concept4Pro GmbH.
1. Conclusion of the contract:
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “Order now for a fee”, you place a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute an acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within six days.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Concept4Pro Gesellschaft für Digitalelösungen mbH, Meisenstraße 96, 33607 Bielefeld, Tel .: 0521 - 75 98 38 78 Fax: 0521 2997101, E-Mail: email@example.com by means of a clear Declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You have to send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract, to hand them over to us or to our transport service provider. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. You bear the costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, can normally be returned to us by post. You bear the direct costs of returning goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post (freight forwarding goods). The costs for goods that cannot be sent as parcels are estimated at a maximum of around EUR 500.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

3. Exclusion / expiry of the right of withdrawal:
A right of revocation does not exist according to § 312g (2) BGB, among other things, for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer and it expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Deliveries are only possible within Germany (except islands). The delivery of articles takes place only in household quantities and only to end consumers.
If the items delivered have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such errors immediately to us or to the employee of the transport service provider who delivers the item. Failure to make this complaint does not, however, affect your legal claims. For all defects in the purchased item that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for the removal of defects / new delivery and - if the legal requirements are met - the further claims for price reduction or withdrawal as well as for damages, including the replacement of the damage, apply at your discretion the fulfillment and reimbursement of your wasted expenses.
6. Shipping costs:
At topshelf, the shipping costs are € 99 up to a purchase value of € 299. From a purchase value of 300 € the shipping costs are 179 €.
Payment can generally be made by PayPal, credit card (Mastercard, VISA). There is no option to deduct a discount. We reserve the right to only offer you certain types of payment for the requested delivery, for example to hedge our credit risk only those according to the respective creditworthiness.
Payment by PayPal
You pay directly through your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal, where you will approve the order value. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed of your authorization, the shipment will take place - depending on the delivery time specified for the item. Immediately after authorization, your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts, gift vouchers, etc.

You pay directly in the ordering process by entering your credit card details. When the goods are dispatched, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount after deducting any discounts. For goods that are specially made to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs, your credit card will be debited immediately with the actual invoice amount after deduction of any discounts.
Our prices are in euros and include VAT.
9. Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.
10. Electronic communication:
You agree that the contract-related communication can take place in electronic form.
11. Alternative dispute resolution:
We are not obliged and unwilling to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Contract language / storage of the order text:
The final contract is in German. The order text is not saved by us and can no longer be called up after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out your order data immediately after submitting the order.
13. Voucher codes and cashback:
All vouchers that you have received from TOP-SHELF e.g. by email or found on another website cannot be combined with the TOP-SHELF Cashback. This means that you will not receive any cashback when using such a voucher.
14. Voucher codes and TOP-SHELF affiliate program:
All vouchers that are distributed by TOP-SHELF e.g. by email or that can be found on another website cannot be combined with the TOP-SHELF Affiliate Program. This means that if the user uses a voucher when placing an order, the affiliate gift will be canceled and not distributed.
