Niche paneling in body and APL decors

The niche wall cladding is coated on both sides and is 16 mm thick. The direction of the structure is horizontal except for the decors 226 Metal Art and 274 Marble Teramo reproduction. The edge coating is all around the niche wall cladding. The width is variable from 250 to 2,580mm. A height of 54 cm is provided for a niche under the wall cupboards and a height of 70 cm for a niche under the extractor hoods.

Niche wall paneling with different dimensions may be max. 2580mm wide and 2030mm high. The first dimension is the structure direction. The edge coating is all around. The following decors are only available up to a maximum height of 1200mm:

Niche wall coverings for 135° corners

The niche cladding is required for all corner fireplaces. All 600 mm wide cooker hoods can be fitted to the paneling in conjunction with corner shelves. Tiling is possible with neoprene glue. In addition, the structure direction runs vertically here. The height for a niche with a wall cabinet height of 1 is 126 cm. For a niche with wall cabinet height 2 133cm and 140cm for a niche with wall cabinet height 3.
Available in all body colours, APL and Xtra decors.
The following decors are only available up to a maximum height of 1200mm:

The edges on the right and left are beveled by 45° on the back to enable wall adaptation

Country-style niche panels

Country-style niche wall coverings under wall cupboards

The niche wall panels in the country house style are veneered for the niche under wall cabinets. The panels are 16mm thick and have a grooved structure that runs vertically. The width can be variably selected in the dimensions from 250 to 1200mm. The height is 54cm.
Available in:

• 901 silk gray lacquered

Country-style niche wall coverings under extractor hoods

Fixed dimensions are specified for the niches under the cooker hood, 60cm, 90cm or 100cm.

A maximum width of 600mm and a maximum height of 2500mm is provided for niche wall cladding with different dimensions
In addition, the country house style matches the York 985 range
Planning in connection with the profiles NPUK, NKPU or WAPN (see list of accessories, Reg. 2) is recommended for all niche claddings!

Finishing strip for niche paneling in a country house style

The end strip is lacquered solid wood. The variable widths go from 250 to 2600mm, the height is 10mm and the depth is 24mm.

Niche panels with motifs

The niche cladding with motifs in digital print is coated on both sides and printed with the selected motif on the front. The fairing is 16mm thick and has an edge coating all around. The variable widths are possible from 250 to 2800mm. A height of 54 cm is provided for niches under wall cupboards and a height of 70 cm for niches under cooker hoods.
With the following motifs, the basic color can be matched to the body color 193 alpine white, 106 white, 120 magnolia, 070 silk gray and 089 stone grey:  

• 445 Dekor World of Tea
• 435 decor flower
• 437 Decor Leek
• 441 decor bottles
• 531 Decor Skyline

The lightest color tone in the motif is adjusted in each case.
When ordering, please specify the desired body color in addition to the motif number.
A notice: The stop side of the motif is on the left, measurements are taken from the left and the cut is made on the right.
Planning in connection with the profiles NPUK, NKPU or WAPN (see list of accessories, Reg. 2) is recommended for all niche claddings!

A maximum width of 2800mm and a maximum height of 1200mm is provided for the niche wall paneling with a motif in digital print and with different dimensions.
Only available for the following motifs:

Glass niche panels

Glass niche paneling in fixed dimensions

The glass niche paneling is painted on the back and is 695mm high for the niche height under extractor hoods. The cladding is 16mm thick due to the 12mm thick carrier plate and the 4mm thick glass coating and surrounding PP edge, which is silver. There are the following widths to choose from: 60cm, 90cm and 100cm.
For niches under wall cabinets, the following widths are available: 40cm, 50cm, 60cm, 80cm, 90cm, 100cm, 105cm, 110cm, 120cm and 150cm.

Niche paneling for individual planning

For order processing of individually planned glass niche cladding NVG120 or planning with the following processing, please note the following information:
Binding drawings with specific dimensions are required for order approval. Written confirmation of the manufacturer's sketch by the customer is required for the production release. Subsequent processing on site is not possible.

Dimensions of 250 to 1200 mm in height and 250 to 2500 mm in width are provided for the glass niche wall coverings for individual planning with processing. The following dimensions are provided for individual planning without processing:

• 45 to 90 mm height x 200 to 1500 mm width
• 91 to 150 mm height x 150 to 2000 mm width
• 151 to 1250 mm high x 150 to 2500 mm wide

Machining of glass niche cladding

The following processing is possible on glass niche cladding:

• Notches or bevels
  A notice: Inner radius at notches: 10 mm.
  Edge finish: ground, unpolished.
  Deviating radii greater than 10 mm must be specified when ordering.
  For notches with an inner radius of 60 mm or more, the edges are ground and polished.

• Surcharge for holes for sockets
  A notice: Diameter: 68mm
  The minimum distance to the outer edge, to other processing or to the next free hole is 35 mm.

The quartz stone niche cladding is polished on the surface and the edges are polished and chamfered on 3 sides. The height of the niches is variable between 301 and 563mm. The width of the niche paneling can be chosen between 250 and 3000mm. 

Quartz stone recess claddings in fixed heights

The quartz stone niche cladding in fixed heights is a height of 300mm. The surface is polished and the edges are polished and chamfered on 3 sides. It is not possible to change the height ex works!

Quartz stone niche cladding for use under cooker hoods

A height of 700mm is provided for the use of the quartz stone niche cladding. Here, too, the surface is polished and the edges are polished and chamfered on 3 sides. The width choices are 60cm, 90cm and 100cm.

A height of 50mm is provided for the wall edging strips. The surface is polished and the edges are polished and chamfered on 3 sides.

Xtra Ceramic niche cladding for individual planning

The Xtra Ceramic niche cladding is equipped on 3 sides with a design edge that is 1.2mm thick. The width can be chosen between 250 and 3100mm and the height of the niche is variable from 301 to 559mm.

Fixed height Xtra Ceramic niche cladding

The niche cladding made of Xtra Ceramic with a fixed height of 300mm is surface-polished and the edges are polished and chamfered on 3 sides.
A notice: Height changes are not possible ex works!  

Xtra Ceramic niche cladding for use under cooker hoods

For use under extractor hoods, the following widths should be selected: 60cm, 90cm or 100cm. The Xtra Ceramic panel has a 3-sided design edge and is 1.2mm thick. The fairing is at a height of 700mm.

A height of 75mm is intended for the Xtra Ceramic wall edging strips. The cladding is equipped on 3 sides with a design edge that is 1.2mm thick.

This niche shelf has a side depth of 125mm and a width of 257mm. The following widths are available: 50cm, 60cm, 80cm and 90cm. The niche shelf is available in all body colors.

The niche shelf has a height of 537mm, which is suitable for niches under wall cabinets. The width options are 50cm, 60cm, 80cm and 90cm. The niche shelf is available in all body colors.

Niche shelf with flap for kitchen appliances

The niche shelf with flap for kitchen appliances has a total depth of 125mm, a usable depth of 86mm and a height of 537mm suitable for a niche under wall cabinets. The width can be selected between 60cm and 90cm. The flap has a front thickness of 16mm and has a cable outlet. The niche shelf is available in all carcass colours.
A notice: The kitchen appliances are not included in the scope of delivery and planning with light screens is not possible.

Niche shelf with flap, magnetic strip and cutting board

The niche shelf with flap, magnetic strip and chopping board has a total depth of 125mm and a usable depth of 86mm. The height of the niche is suitable for niches under wall cabinets, with a height of 537mm. The width can be selected between 60cm and 90cm. The flap has a front thickness of 16mm. The niche shelf includes a 900mm wide magnetic strip for knives and a chopping board. The shelf is available in all body colors.
A notice: The knives are not included in the scope of delivery and planning with light panels is not possible.

Accessories for niche cladding

Accesories

The plastic cover profile with a translucent look for niches and rear paneling is 16mm thick, 5000mm long and is self-adhesive. The profile is 1.6mm.

The connection profile in stainless steel look for the plastic niche cladding is available in heights of 437mm and 256mm to achieve the niche height under extractor hoods and wall cupboards. The width can be selected in 2000mm, 4000mm or 5000mm.

A profile strip with an integrated LED light strip is suitable for attaching to the niche cladding with LED lighting. The energy efficiency class A to A++ and is equipped with Emotion technology. 12 watts per meter, profile length: 100 to 4000 mm, incl. 2000 mm connection cable for the feed set, from a profile length of 3000 mm, 2 connection cables and 2000 mm extension cables are supplied. The LED light version is available in:  

• 010 black
• 014 stainless steel look

A notice: The light version MP-NVLA can also be ordered for individual niche claddings.
Connected claddings have a continuous profile and cannot be planned in connection with flat screen hoods.
Warning: niche must be shared.
LED starter sets LSET30(-F)/60, LSET60-4K, LSETR30/60(-F) and subsequent set LFSET30/60 are not included in the scope of delivery, see list of accessories, tab Lighting.

Korpus material

The body material is coated in the same color on both sides, including the edge coating all around. In the case of cutouts and notches, there is the option of adding the edge coating to the cutouts or notches at a surcharge.
The body material is 16mm thick, a maximum of 2580mm wide and a maximum of 2030mm high. The first dimension specifies the direction of the structure. The minimum size is 250mm x 250mm. The body material is available in all body colors.

The decorative edge for the body material is 0.5mm thick and 23mm wide. The so-called melamine edge is a thin edge with adhesive and is available in all carcass colours.
