Note: Non-palletizable items, such as countertops or niche claddings, longer than 240 cm are only transported with 2-man handling.
- Delivery costs: flat rate €99 up to €500 order value, from €500 order value €199
- Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery is made on a disposable wooden pallet up to the curb. The recipient is responsible for unpacking and carrying in the goods, as well as disposing of the pallet!

Return
If you wish to return an order by exercising your right of withdrawal, please use the following return address. The prerequisite is that you return the goods complete and undamaged. We will then refund you the full purchase price. Goods showing signs of use are excluded from return. Returns can only be made in the original packaging. This right of return does not apply to specially made goods (e.g. custom-built cabinets, countertops, etc.).
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this return policy.
The buyer bears the cost of the return shipment.
The refund will be made via the payment method you used for the purchase.
