worktops, 38mm thick

For both worktops, the minimum depth is 70mm with a maximum worktop length of 3,000mm. From 3,000mm length the minimum depth is 120mm.

Worktops in APD design

The worktop with decorative edge is equipped with a straight decorative edge at the front and side that is 1.5mm thick. The delivery standard for 90° outside corners is a square version. A rounded version with an outer radius of 20 mm is also available as an option at no extra charge. If inner and outer corners are to be rounded, they are given an inner radius of 30 mm and an outer radius of 20 mm as standard. A square version of the inner corner is also available for an additional charge AP-IEK / 9354. The decorative edge is available in all worktop decors.

Worktops APN with N-edge

The APN worktop with N-edge has a rounded front edge, which is coated on the side with a straight decorative edge. An inserted N-edge is also available for an additional charge.

A version as a corner worktop is possible with a 135° corner for diagonal base cabinets. The corner worktops are available for the APN and APD worktops in the following size units 800 x 800, 900 x 900, 1050 x 1050. It should be noted here that no corner sink can be installed in the 800 x 800 diagonal cabinet. Tongue and groove connections are not included in the price, and deviations from the standard design incur an additional charge of 20% per change.

Processing on worktops APD & APN

The following processing is possible on the worktops with decorative edges and N-edges:

• External and internal roundings with radii that deviate from the standard radius
  Note: If inner and outer corners are to be rounded, they are given an inner radius of 30mm and an outer radius of 20mm as standard.
  Please indicate deviations from these standard radii. (Dimensions and sketch required)
• angular versions of the inner corner
• bevels
• Bevels on worktops with edge coverings
• Bevels, Z-shape on worktops with edge coverings for diagonal Z-shaped cabinets
• Additional edge coverage on worktops at the back, sides and at notches
  Note: here the maximum length is 2500mm and the minimum width is 100mm
• tongue and groove connection
• Cutouts for built-in hobs, sinks, surface-mounted washbasins or ventilation grilles
  Note: The device type and cutout dimensions must be specified here. Cutouts must be sealed with sealing tape on site.
  Not permitted for the installation of flush hobs or sinks
• Notches with edge coverings
  Note: For bevels of up to 150°, the edge layout can be freely selected on each side. If an edge is assigned an N edge, APN-A or APN-AS is also calculated. For bevels > 150°, the edge assignment must be uniform (APN or APD) and the radius must be at least 20 mm for APD. The minimum width for internally rounded U-notches is 450 mm.

Slim Line worktop

The APSLN Slim Line worktop, 16 mm thick, is coated in the same color on both sides and has a 1.2 mm thick decorative edge all around. The minimum size is 250 x 200 mm and the maximum length is 3400 mm.
The following information must be noted here: Roundings, bevels, cutouts and notches are not possible. Tables, counters and worktop extensions are not possible! Only square worktop shapes possible! Flush installation of hobs and sinks in Slim Line worktops is not possible.

Processing on Slim Line worktops

The following operations are possible on the Slim Line worktop:

• tongue and groove joints
• Slim Line installation set for hob cabinets
• Slim Line installation set for handleless LINE N hob cabinets
• Decorative edge for Slim Line worktop

Xtra worktop

The innovative functional layer of the Xtra worktop prevents water from penetrating and thus swelling. Flush installation of technically approved hobs and built-in sinks is also possible (only applies to 38 mm). All Xtra worktops in 38 mm thickness are now equipped with the antibacterial microPLUS® surface. 

Cutouts for flush installation in Xtra worktops

The following cutouts for flush installation are possible:

• Cutout for the flush installation of sinks and hobs from the nobilia range
  Note: Flush cutouts are only permitted for appropriately marked sinks and hobs. Please pay attention to the symbol for flush installation in the appliance and sink list. Flush cutouts are only possible in Xtra worktops with a thickness of 38 mm.
• Cutout for the flush installation of third-party sinks (according to the technical release list)
• Cutout for the flush installation of third-party hobs (according to the technical release list)
  Note: Flush cutouts can only be made for technically approved hobs and sinks. You can find our technical release list for flush installation on the nobilia extranet. This is regularly updated on the extranet and in the kitchen planning systems in stores. Flush cutouts are only possible in Xtra worktops with a thickness of 38 mm.

Xtra Ceramic worktop

The 16 mm thick worktop is made of 6 mm thick, solid ceramic on a 10 mm lightweight carrier layer made of recycled glass. In combination with a shock-resistant design edge, Xtra Ceramic is ideal for extra demands in everyday kitchen life.
Similar to the Xtra worktop, flush installation of technically approved hobs and built-in sinks is possible.
The worktop in Xtra Ceramic Design is 16 mm thick and has a width of 250 - 3,100 mm. The worktop is equipped with a design edge that is 1.2 mm thick at the front and sides.

quartz stone countertop

Quartz stone is waterproof even without impregnation. The surfaces are particularly easy to clean and hygienic. Similar to the Xtra worktop, flush installation of technically approved hobs and built-in sinks is possible.
Binding drawings with specific dimensions are required to approve orders for plans with quartz stone worktops. Subsequent processing on site is only possible with appropriate tools for quartz stone and personal protective equipment.

Worktop APQS quartz stone, 12 mm thick

The surface and front edge of the 12 mm thick quartz stone worktop are polished with a double bevel.
The side and rear edges are also available with a polished double bevel for an additional charge. 

Worktop APQ quartz stone, 38 mm thick

The 38 mm thick quartz stone worktop has a polished surface and a mitered front edge with a bevel.
The side and rear edges are also available with miter and chamfer for an additional charge.

Counter top

The desk top in the worktop decor can be screwed onto the worktop and is coated on both sides with laminate. The panel is 100 mm thick, has a polymer edge all around, has a maximum depth of 1,200 mm and a maximum width of 1,800 mm.
