- Delivery is made on a disposable wooden pallet up to the curb. The recipient is responsible for unpacking and carrying in the goods, as well as disposing of the pallet!

Note: Non-palletizable items, such as countertops or niche claddings longer than 240 cm, are only transported with 2-man handling.
- Delivery costs: flat rate up to €500 order value 160 €, from €500 order value 310 €

Return
If you wish to return an order by exercising your right of withdrawal, please use the following return address. The prerequisite is that you return the goods complete and undamaged. We will then refund you the full purchase price. Goods showing signs of use are excluded from the return. Returns can only be made in the original packaging. This right of return does not apply to specially manufactured goods (e.g. custom-built cabinets, countertops, etc.).
